Every claim is checked, every number questioned, and the distance between what a company is actually doing and how it is seen can move both reputation and valuation. The audiences have heard the gloss, and they have stopped believing it.
Years of vague pledges across the industry have made people, regulators and investors wary, and regulation has followed. A claim that cannot be substantiated is now a liability, not a campaign.
So the work is the opposite of greenwash. It is communicating real action with enough substance, evidence and clarity to be believed by the sceptics, and to stand up when someone checks. Which, increasingly, someone always does.
