When should readiness training start?

We recommend starting earlier than feels natural, ideally during detailed design, so models are ready and crews are trained before commissioning instead of after.

Can you build training for a plant that doesn't exist yet?

We build from CAD and engineering data, which is exactly how our digital twins work, so a plant that hasn't been built yet is normal territory for us.

How do you define operational readiness?

We define it with you. Your readiness criteria become the assessment pass standards, so the data answers your question instead of a generic one.

Does this work for turnarounds as well as new builds?

We run the same approach on turnarounds: crews train for high-risk, rarely-performed tasks in advance, on a compressed timeline.

Can training assets be reused for future courses?
