Give users familiarization training when operating a forklift and increase safety and awareness.
APPROACH
Virtual Reality experience for warehouse forklift drivers assessment in various scenarios around the working area.
The Problem
Companies have had challenges with handling different freight, unloading various types of freight and operating their forklifts in congested areas.
The Solution
SHIIFT created a VR headset experience for trainees to learn how to properly handle forklift equipment before stepping into the work site in a real forklift and without equipment downtime. The VR program teaches users how to drive a forklift safely around a warehouse and increase safety awareness for the area around them and other workers in the environment. Allows trainees to learn from mistakes in a safe environment without danger to themselves, coworkers or equipment damage.
