What does SHIIFT do?

SHIIFT designs training solutions using technologies like VR, AR, Video, Animation, eLearning or Interactive Media to improve workplace learning outcomes.

What industries do you work with?

Our training solutions are completely bespoke and tailored to any company in any industry. We've worked to create our custom solutions across various sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, transportation, energy, healthcare, and construction.

What’s the process when a business works with SHIIFT?

We follow a clear process: consultation, proposal, storyboard and planning, development, testing, and deployment.

The client is involved at every stage whether we need to gather resources or have feedback rounds to make sure you know exactly what you are getting and are satisfied with the product.

Where are you based, and do you work with international clients?

We’re based in London UK, Houston US, and Abu Dhabi UAE. We regularly work with clients around the world since most of our work can be delivered and supported remotely.

What results have clients seen with your training solutions?

Do you only offer VR training?

No. While many of our training solutions are VR-based, we always choose the most effective training solution for each client, which could include video production, 3d/2d animation, web/desktop simulations, or interactive eLearning.

Can we customise the training for our own procedures and equipment?

Yes. All our content is tailored to reflect your specific processes, work environments, safety protocols, and branding.

Can we use our own content or materials in the training?

Yes! This is actually encouraged so that your training reflects your real operations and feels familiar to your workforce. We incorporate your existing procedures, documents, safety protocols, branding, and reference materials into the training.

Can your solutions integrate with our existing LMS or training systems?

Absolutely. Most of our digital solutions whether web/desktop-based or VR-based can integrate with learning management systems or operate as standalone applications.

Many of our simulations are deployed directly on our client's LMS with progress tracking and customizable data tracked for their employees learning needs.

Can the training track user performance and progress?

We can track completion rates, decision-making, time on task, accuracy, and other performance metrics. These can be exported, integrated with your LMS, or used to inform future training decisions.

 

How long does it take to create a training solution?

Depending on scope, it can take from a few weeks to several months. We provide a clear timeline during the proposal phase.

Do you offer demos or sample modules?

We can provide access to selected demo modules and showcase some of our past examples that are relevant to your industry. These help illustrate what’s possible and what level of interactivity and realism you can expect.

What’s the difference between 360 video and fully interactive VR?

360 video provides an immersive viewing experience but is passive, so users can look around but can’t interact with what's around them very much.

What headset do you recommend?
