APPROACH
Interactive augmented reality application for end users to learn the proper steps to safely back up before they step in a vehicle.

The Problem

DPD was looking to expand their training into the immersive space to increase driver awareness and reducing accidents when working with third party drivers and inducting new trainees.

The Solution – Interactive AR Training App

SHIIFT created a 360 interactive AR Training application using gaming technology to develop training for drivers to walk step-by-step through the manoeuvre of backing up into a space. Using 360 images to look around the scene and hotspots around the vehicle to see the position of the vehicle such as front and rear of the truck and top down cameras.
